You don't cook the noodles first? So there are raw noodle pieces in the salad?

Confused...

Hi there! I know it is strange...but no you don't cook the noodles...they are crunchy in the salad. I thought it was wierd to and was nervous to try it but I had eaten this recipe many times at staff meetings and loved it so I tried it and it is awesome!

I thought about cooking them first but I am just not sure how that would be.
